Pardarshi Kisan Seva Yojna,

Kisan ka Adhikar Kisan ke Dwaar


Crop Production


  • Complete remaining sowing of wheat. There must be sufficient moisture in the soil at the time of sowing.
  • For this time sowing, PBW.373, Malviya-234, UP-2425 and DBW-15 varieties are suitable.
  • Growth of late sown wheat is less with less tillering. Hence increase the seed rate to 125 kg per hectare. If the UP-2425 variety is to be sown, take 150 kg seed per hectare.
  • Sow the seeds in line behind the harrow or use ferti-seed drill.
  • To control Gehusa, spray 1.25 kg. 75% Isoproturan per hectare or 33 gm.Sulphpsulphuran 75 w.g. dissolved in 500-600 liter water after first irrigation but before 3o days.
  • Use of sulphosulfuran controls the weeds as well as Gehusa both.


  • First irrigation after 30-35 days at the time of tillering.


  • First irrigation between 45 to 60 days of sowing.
  • To control Jhulsa disease, spray 20 kg. Mancojeb (75%, 50 W.P.) dissolved in 500-600 liter water per hectare twice at an interval of 10 days.


  • First irrigation after 35-40 days of sowing.
  • Weeding will also be beneficial.

Split Green Gram

  • First light irrigation after 45 days of sowing. Water should not be logged in the field.


  • Irrigate second time after 55-65 days of sowing before flowering.

Winter Maize

  • Hoe and take out weeds after 20-25 days of sowing and then irrigate. Irrigate again as required to maintain moisture.

Winter Sugar Cane

  • Irrigate as and when required. It will save sugar cane from drying and gain weight.

Bar Seem

  • First cutting after 45 days of sowing. Then cut again after 20-25 days.
  • Irrigation is mandatory after every cutting.


  • Irrigate after every 3 weeks or 20-25 days.

Cultivation of Vegetable

  • To prevent the plants from cold make arrangement for raised platform (Chhappar) or smoke.
  • Irrigate potato at an interval of 10-15 days as required and spray 2-3 times 2gm. Mancojeb and 0.6 ml Phosphomidan dissolved in one liter water at an interval of 10-12 days.
  • Irrigate pea crop before flowering .irrigate second time as per requirement before pod formation.
  • Sow seeds of tomato in nursery for summer crop.
  • Use 7-8 week old seedlings of onion for planting.
  • Spray 0.2% Mancojeb (2gm. medicine per liter water) to protect tomato and Chili from Jhulsa disease.


  • Spray 250 gm. methyl parathion per tree in the radius of 1meter of the tree of mango and litchi to prevent from milibug. And then tie with rope 30 cm. wide bandage of Alkathene of 400 gauge on the stem at a height of 30-40 cm. from the ground and paste it with wet soil or grease. It will prevent the trees from milibug.

Flowers and other Fragrant Plants

  • Irrigate Gladiolus as per requirement and hoe/take out weed. Cut the drying stems and do not allow seed formation.
  • For tillage of land for mentha, at the time of last plough, mix 100 quintal compost per hectare, 40-50 kg.Nitrogen, and 50-60 kg. Phosphate and 40-45 kg potash in the soil.

Animal Husbandry / Dairy Development

  • Protect animals from cold.
  • Give sufficient quantity of grains with green fodder.
  • Give dewormers to control liver fluke.


  • Give lair feed and oyster (sip) powder to egg lairs. Small quantity of bar seem can also be fed.
  • Make arrangement of sufficient heat to prevent chickens from cold.
